As we grieve, so many thoughts go through our minds. So many emotions flood our hearts. It is easy to get overwhelmed by it all. Is there no place for this stuff to go? There is a vent available to us all. We can express our grief in creative ways. Journaling gets the thought out of our head and into a place where we can see it and deal with it. We can draw pictures of what our grief looks like to us. This can even help our friends understand our experience more clearly. Photography and story writing can also help.
