Be kind to yourself

For no particular reason, on no special day, do something kind for yourself. Take yourself to a movie. Go for a walk. Get out your coloring book and spend a day. It is so easy to dwell on our loss and hurt and so easy to forget that we are also worthy of joy. Take a moment to love yourself and honor your own needs. Be nice to you today. Blessings!
